Objective

Balance the scale! Each day has a new target weight and letter values change daily. Find the 5-letter word that matches the target weight exactly.

The Balance Scale

The scale shows how close your guess is to the target weight:

• Green (Emerald): Perfect balance! Your word matches the target weight.
• Blue (Indigo): Your word is too light - add heavier letters.
• Red (Crimson): Your word is too heavy - use lighter letters.

How It Works

• Each guess reveals letter weights: After submitting a word, the weight of each letter appears below it.
• Real-time weight counter: As you type your guess, the balance scale updates to show the total weight of discovered letters. Unknown letters don't count toward the displayed total until you discover them.
• Vowels unlock together: When you discover any vowel (A, E, I, O, U), all vowel weights are revealed in the weight grid.

• Daily puzzles: New words and weights every day at midnight your local time.
• 6 attempts: You have 6 guesses to find the target word.

Difficulty Modes

Each mode has different weight distribution rules. Weights change daily, except Easy mode vowels.

• 🌱 Easy (I): All vowels always weigh 3 and are revealed at the start. No other letters weigh 3.
• 🏛️ Classic (II): All vowels share the same weight (1-9), but you must discover it. No consonants use the vowel weight.
• 😈 Beast (III): Every letter gets a random weight (1-9). Vowels can have different weights from each other.

Note: You must choose your difficulty mode before making your first guess. Once you've started playing, you cannot change modes until the next day's puzzle.

Share Your Results

After completing a puzzle, you can share your results with friends! Here's what the share format looks like:

• Target weight: The number in parentheses (25) shows the puzzle's target weight.
• Difficulty: The emoji shows your chosen mode - 🌱 Easy, 🏛️ Classic, or 😈 Beast.
• Attempts: Shows how many guesses you used (4/6 means 4 out of 6 attempts).
• Guess results:
  • 🟢 Green: You balanced the scale!
  • 🔴 Red: Your guess did not match the target weight.
  • ⚪ White: Unused guess slots (you won before using all 6 attempts).

Strategy Tips

• Easy mode: Since vowels = 3, calculate remaining weight needed for consonants.
• Classic mode: Find the vowel weight on your first guess, then use it to narrow possibilities.
• Beast mode: Track each discovered letter carefully - vowels won't help you as much!
• Use the weight grid (A-Z with weights) to plan your next guess.
• Watch the balance scale colors to know if you're getting closer.
